At Rotem Energy we work hard to make our organization and our website accessible to people with disabilities. In order to advance equal rights and transparency towards people with disabilities, we do everything we can to make our site accessible, and we have appointed a specific member of staff who is available for any inquiry from this community.

The motto that guides us is human dignity and liberty, a cornerstone of Israeli society, because we all have equal rights and are equal in our essence.

What an accessible website means

An accessible website is a site that allows a person with a disability to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as anyone else, using the capabilities of the system they are working on and assistive technologies for accessibility.

Accessibility adjustments made on the website

The accessibility adjustments on this site were carried out in accordance with Chapter C: Internet Services of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Services), 5773-2013, and with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines. The site has been made accessible to level AA, subject to the changes and adaptations set out in the Israeli standard document.
The site supports the use of assistive technologies such as screen reader software, and keyboard browsing using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys to move between links, the arrow keys, the Enter key to select, the Esc key to exit menus and windows, and pressing H or a number to move between headings.
The site is checked every month to make sure its accessibility is maintained.

For the avoidance of doubt:

We are committed to making our sites accessible to everyone, with and without disabilities.
On this site you will find the technology that suits your needs.
This site is usable by the general public for the most part, and we make every effort to keep it so.
You may come across elements that are not yet accessible, either because they have not been adapted yet or because no suitable technology has been found. Alongside this we promise that every effort is being made to improve accessibility to a high standard, without compromise.
If you have run into difficulty browsing the site or viewing its content, we apologize, and we would be very glad if you brought it to our attention.

Best practice for accessibility on the website

This website can be browsed in the best and most accessible way using the common browsers. We recommend using Chrome or Safari, and the VoiceOver screen reader.
